Charing Cross Hospital
These 16 storey tower blocks provide accommodation for hospital staff working at the nearby Charing Cross Hospital.
In order to improve the standard of accommodation within flats, we were initially engaged to consultancy services in respect of a window renewal scheme. The scope of works would also include other refurbishment works both at roof level and throughout communal areas.
WCJ Ltd were engaged to provide initial planning services, project management, design, contract administration and CDMC services for the project as a whole.
To date works are in hand to renew flat roof coverings and refurbish communal areas.
