WCJ Ltd were appointed by Mid Kent Water to survey, design and specify a scheme of works to maintain the fabric and timber frame structure of this Victorian Grade II listed mill.
We were subsequently instructed to provide contract administration services for the works project, after ensuring that the resident bat population was not disturbed.
