Completed as a new build project for Elmbridge Borough Council, various defects subsequently came to light with the ceramic tiling installed within the pools.
Following extensive specialist investigations undertaken by our client, WCJ Ltd were instructed to provide project management, design, planning supervisor and contract administration services for a remedial works project to comprehensively refurbish the tiling within the pool tanks and surrounds.
