As part of the ongoing commitment to preserve and protect the many heritage buildings within the Thames Water estate, WCJ Ltd were instructed by Thames Water to provide project management and design services to refurbish the roof level elements of these important buildings. We were also tasked with identifying a repair strategy for a badly damaged travelling crane and associated structure within one of the buildings.

As well as providing project management services, we also provided initial planning consultancy, design, tendering and contract administration services.
