This ongoing project is based on the phased regeneration of a 145 acre industrial site and including the conversion of 160 million sq.ft of “north light” type steel framed buildings into modern business park accommodation.
The former Patons and Baldwins Woollen products manufacturing plant was originally built between 1946 and 1948.
WCJ Ltd have been retained as structural engineer for the various components of this ambitious project.
