WCJ Ltd were appointed to provide structural engineering consultancy services for the construction of a new two storey building at the rear of this listed office building in central London.
The new building will provide open plan office accommodation and will incorporate a structural glass floor. The new building will also accommodate substantial building services plant at roof level.
Following commencement of works on site, we have been subsequently instructed to provide specialist advice on how to alter and strengthen parts of the existing structure to accommodate the new service installations
