Following complaints of recurrent roof leakage, WCJ Ltd were retained by Thames Water to provide project management, design, contract administration and CDM Coordinator services for a project to renew the existing roof covering of this contemporary office building in Reading.
The building would remain in full use throughout the works and accordingly, careful planning and a substantial temporary roof structure were required to ensure the building remained weathertight throughout the works period
