WCJ Ltd were appointed by private clients to provide project management, architectural and structural engineering design services for a substantial refurbishment and alteration project for a family house in Wimbledon.
The works included a full roof conversion, extensive internal remodelling, construction of a new rear extension and landscaping along with the comprehensive refurbishment of internal finishes, fittings and building services.
We were appointed at inception and managed the project through to completion. Services provided included planning consultancy, preliminary and detailed architectural design, structural engineering, party wall surveyor services, tendering and contract administration.
