BUILDING SURVEYORS

WCJ is a firm of Consulting Civil & Structural Engineers and Building Surveyors. Approximately half of the technical staff are Building Surveyors and their qualifications and expertise range from technicians, graduates and students through to Chartered Building Surveyors. Our senior Chartered Surveyors are either members or Fellows of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Our surveyors and engineers work alongside each other to provide an integrated construction consultancy service with a single point of contact.

Our surveyors' particular skills centre on the identification of defects to both existing buildings and those still to be built. This is complimented by the ability to propose both traditional and innovative solutions.
