Where required we can call upon a team of associated Forensic Scientists and experts to precisely assess the cause of any incident for either legal or insurance purposes.
 

Specialist Forensic Investigation Consultancy Services throughout southern England and across the UK

Upon receipt of an instruction to attend a scene requiring investigation we will first establish that the site is safe or engage with our in-house Disaster Recovery team to “make safe” thus allowing any forensic examination to take place.

We will examine the mode of failure and seek to establish if there were any defects in the structure which may have intensified the damage that has occurred.

We can call on several associated companies with whom we work, to establish any necessary details for either legal or insurance purposes, if required. For example, to establish if an accelerant has been used in the case of a fire; to determine if there was defective plumbing in the case of a gas explosion; to determine if there are external factors that could have been dealt with in the case of a subsidence or retaining wall failure.

We provide a report for legal and insurance purposes compliant with the Civil Procedure Rules.
We act for both Landlords, tenants, commercial organisations and private individuals in the assessment of building failures including damage caused by subsidence, fire, explosion, storms, and vehicle impact. We have an in-house site investigation company who assist in the assessment in the cause of damage.

We operate with close attention to Health and Safety, acting as Principal Designer under the CDM Regulations 2015 and offer advice to Clients and Contractors with respect to their duties.
